Partnering with a life coach, whether to work on personal or professional growth (or both) is a powerful statement of your commitment to yourself. EG’s objective is to support, inspire and challenge you to make life changes, thereby increasing your personal and professional growth and gratification. Coaching is about creating extraordinary results, not dealing with crisis. Personal growth coaching focuses on the future and, as a result, can help change attitudes influenced by past experiences. EG’s style of coaching assists you in overcoming your obstacles in order to create the results you want in life, work, relationships, and spiritual growth. Having a life coach is like having a personal trainer. Your commitment to your life through coaching offers a means for more balance, prosperity, joy, energy, intimacy, financial abundance, focus and action. We don't tell you what you should do; rather, we ask questions in an effort to help you find the answers that always lie within. Coaching is based on the belief that we were all created with unlimited potential and ability. However, this potential and ability is often buried by worries, doubts, and fears. Often, our inner critics run the show, and we use language like have to and what if? Let's discover your true self and create and implement a plan to reach your full potential.
You decide how many times we meet. EG recommends that we meet 3 times a month for a minimum of 3 months to develop the collaborative partnership, to start seeing progress, and to put your hard work into action.
After completing a successful foundational coaching program, EG recommends that you continue meeting but less frequently than you did during the initial program. This continued coaching will help you remain accountable to your growth and ensure you continue to excel in life.
"To dream anything that you want to dream. That is the beauty of the human mind. To do anything that you want to do. That is the strength of the human will. To trust yourself to test your limits. That is the courage to succeed."
